The assistant is an artificial intelligence. This is stated openly above the chat window.

It quotes no prices and confirms no appointments. If you want a human, it hands over to WhatsApp.

Your messages are processed only to produce the answer.

When you press the WhatsApp button, the conversation runs through WhatsApp under its own terms.

The connection is encrypted (HTTPS). Access is restricted. Measures per KVKK Art. 12.
